2ND PHASE OF THE WORKS ON THE MASÓ BUILDING IN SARIÀ DE TER

The project envisages the restoration of the ceramics, carpentry and locksmithing of the building and contemplates the structuring of the facing of the facade with a vibrant finish.

INTERVENTION IN THE OLD TOWN OF FIGUERES

At the end of May 2020, the two statges of the rehabilitation works on a historic building in Plaça de les Patates in Figueres were completed. In these two stages the facades have been rehabilitated and the entire building has been consolidated.

REVISION OF THE PERATELLADA CASTLE MASTER PLAN, IN THE BAIX EMPORDÀ

Fortià Arquitectes has evaluated and quantified the exterior spaces of hte prominent monument in the municipality of Forallac, in the Baix Empordà and declared BCIN.

INTERVENTION AT CA LA XICA IN JAFRE (BAIX EMPORDÀ)

Restoration and enhancement of the historic Ca n’Arpa building through a Special Plan based on heritage and residential criteria.

We drafted the Special Plan document to regulate interventions in terms of composition, aesthetics, and materials, in order to ensure the protection and improvement of the urban frontage along Camil Fabra Street in El Masnou.

INTERVENTION IN THE SURROUNDINGS OF THE BUNKERS AND THE CASTLE OF TRINITAT IN ROSES

The project proposes the recovery of the dry stone walls, the agricultural and landscape restoration of the vineyard and the olive tree and the museumization of the Civil War bunkers. It is a winner of the international [d]arc awards 2023.

The City Council of Sant Feliu de Guíxols commissioned us to prepare the Master Plan for the intervention of the old train station of Sant Feliu de Guíxols.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT OF THE INTERVENTION IN THE BCIN - CALONGE CASTLE (BAIX EMPORDÀ)

A proposal was developed to complete the rehabilitation process of the Castle of Calonge in a careful and respectful manner, both towards the building itself and the previous interventions.

REHABILITATION OF FACADES IN TORRE VALENTINA (CALONGE)

The community of owners of the building on Isaac Albeniz Street in Torre Valentina (Calonge) commissioned Fortià Arquitectes to design and manage the comprehensive refurbishment of the façades.

STATEMENT BY THE BCIN OF THE MODERNIST CEMETERY OF LLORET DE MAR

The Department of Culture of the Generalitat put out to tender the declaration of 5 lots of Historical Monuments throughout the territory of Catalonia. The Fortià Arquitectes team has won the award for the Modernist and Indian Cemetery of Lloret de Mar.
