The property that is the subject of this (BCIL) declaration is the Guingueta dels Banys Lluís, located on the outskirts of a rock lane between the 
Platja de Morer, on Avenida del Dr . Furest beach of Sant Pol de Mar, in the Maresme region.

The interest of the building is motivated by its historical, ethnological and cultural value that make it deserving of adequate protection. The Lluís Baths began as a booth used by fishermen 
to shelter and store their utensils, they became a booth of sea baths during the thirties of the twentieth century and evolved into a restaurant.
