  • Project dossier written in:
    • Xavier Raya Ortiz, architect
  • Writting team director:
    • Josep M. Fortià i Rius, architect
  • Collaborators:
    • Marc Simón, facilities engineer; and Roger Soler Camps, technical architect.

The intervention is planned in three consecutive phases. In a first stage, a general preliminary intervention project will be drawn up that will determine the pathologies and priority actions as well as the program of uses that is proposed for the different spaces of the house. The second phase will address an executive project in order to maek a part of the building habitable in view of the specific needs of the current owners. Finally, in a last stage, the entire house will be projected at execution level in order to carry out the complete rehabilitation of the property.

The building is a repertorie of traditional construction techniques. On the ground floor there are masonry walls, ceramic brick vaults and stone vaults with reeds as well as Catalan-style vaulted staircase. On the upper floor you can see different traditional celings with wooden beams tin and ceramic tiles.

The house has undergone changes of owners and small modifications over the years, but the character of the different spaces has been preserved and the state of maintenance is very acceptable.
