In June 2017, the owners, Jordi Rovira and Ariadna Casanovas, commissioned the drafting of the detailed design for a renovation and change of use of one of the apartments on the fourth floor of the building. The property currently requires a redistribution of space and a change of finishes, as well as the relocation of necessary utilities. This renovation will involve work on the entire 90 m² of the property.

LOCATION AND RELATIONSHIP WITH THE SURROUNDINGS The plot where the property is located is in the northern expansion area of ​​Girona. The apartment has a total constructed area of ​​90 m² on the fourth floor of the building. The building is an office block between party walls. Its facade volume is defined vertically and horizontally by the openings and their mullions. On the ground floor, the building is divided into the entrance to the underground parking and the entrance to the apartments.
