The Gamarús team, led by Jordi Fortià, has commissioned us to transform a premises on the Rambla de Girona into a space for a shop, workshop and tasting of cookies, cakes, pizzas and other delicacies.

It is a challenge to recover the original space at high altitude, with magnificent views of the houses of the Onyar and the large window in the background with the noucentist stained glass.

We want to recover the charm of a small artisan workshop as a showcase of local talent and the essence of the values of Girona's gastronomy, which has long since crossed borders.
