MODIFICATION OF THE POUM DE CERVIÀ DE TER

Municipal Urban Planning Plan. The Town Council of Cervià de Ter has commissioned us to amend its current urban planning regulations in order to adapt them to the protection of the historic complex provided for in the new Special Plan.

This specific amendment to the POUM of Cervià de Ter aims to adapt the POUM to the provisions of the Special Plan for the Historic Complex, as well as to define the scope of the Special Plan according to the following premises:

- To include all plots classified under code Em 1 which, according to the POUM, must be regulated by the Special Plan.

- To include the entire area of the BCIN – Historic Complex of Cervià de Ter and its protection zone.

- To include buildings of heritage interest that are adjacent to the area and not protected by the current POUM regulations.
