The old town of Cervià de Ter articulates along its plan a series of routes and spaces of architectural interest that invite contemplation and strolling through the old town of this municipality. This consideration makes the integration and preservation of this historical complex especially necessary in which certain inadequate actions could cause the loss or embezzlement of those values ​​that we have previously mentioned when talking about the core.

Given the historical, urban and typological characteristics of this complex, the City Council of Cervià de Ter has decided to commission the necessary technical work to be carried out in order to draft the Special Urban Development Plan for this Cultural Property of National Interest in the category of Historical Complex.

The main objective of the Special Plan is to effectively preserve the identity image and improve the architectural and landscape quality of the historical complex of Cervià de Ter.

The Special Plan identifies and justifies the elements, areas and values ​​subject to protection, specifying the definition and regulation of differentiated categories, and establishing the appropriate protection measures that must allow preserving their identity, as well as adapting those parts that differ from the environment.
