REVIEW OF THE URBAN PLANNING OF VILADASENS (GIRONÈS)

The Specific Amendment to the TRPOUM of Viladasens aims to address a series of issues that were either not covered in the documentation of the Municipal Urban Development Plan or that clarify errors or changes in criteria identified in the drafting of the previous version.

With the intention of preserving the historic structure of the town centre, the Viladasens Town Council is promoting this Specific Amendment to the general planning framework, which addresses issues of different scales and character. This amendment proposes the introduction of a new urban zoning designation that recognises buildings connected to the historical layout of the village and which are also considered to have architectural value. In addition, this new version includes a revision of some of the regulatory parameters within the various zoning categories.

It also includes a volumetric redefinition of certain buildings of architectural interest within the municipality, as their current representation on municipal plans does not reflect the actual urban and historical context of the town.
