URBAN PLANNING MANAGEMENT OF THE QUARRY IN EL PORT DE LA SELVA (ALT EMPORDÀ)

The objectives were to carry out a new valuation of the property based on its potential use as a public car park, in view of its possible acquisition by the Town Council of El Port de la Selva.
It also involved confirming the planning status of the plot and its development potential according to the Special Plan drafted by the Town Council of El Port de la Selva.
Additionally, the tasks included representing the property owner in meetings convened with the municipal administration, as well as reviewing and correcting any documents produced.
