CATALOG OF FARMHOUSES IN LLUÇÀ
The Lluçà Council in the Osona region has commissioned the Fortià Arquitectes team to draft the Catalog of Farmhouses and Rural Houses on land that cannot be developed.
The document will collect a total of 75 buildings scattered throughout the municipal territory. The document will in fact be a revision of the old Catalog of Farmhouses, approved in 2015. When planning the future catalog it will be necessary to take into account the Inventory of the Architectural Heritage of Catalonia (IPAC), the Cultural Map of Municipality prepared by the Provincial Council of Barcelona and the pre-catalogue incorporated in the current urban planning.
The team will be made up of Josep Maria Fortià and Xavier Busquets, architects, Rosa Maria Gil, historian and Joan Solà and Carme Calafat, environmental technicians.
