DRAFTING OF THE SPECIAL ESTATE PLAN OF MONISTROL DE CALDERS (MOIANÈS)
The Provincial Council of Barcelona, through the SPAL (Local Architectural Heritage Service), has commissioned Fortià Arquitectes with this Heritage Protection document for this municipality in Central Catalonia.
The contract made by the Diputació de Barcelona is for a period of 15 months until the final delivery of the work. The multidisciplinary editorial team is made up of: Josep Maria Fortià and Xavier Busquets, architects, Rosa Maria Gil, historian, Àngela González, archaeologist, Joan Solà, geologist, Carme Calafat, environmentalist and Pere Ylla, lawyer.
On March 26, the team was presented at the Monistrol de Calders Town Hall. It was attended by Arturo Argelaguer, mayor, Gemma Tomàs municipal architect and David Galí representing the SPAL of the Diputació de Barcelona.
