FORTIÀ ARCHITECTS, SELECTED AS EDITORIAL TEAM BY THE CATALAN CONSORTIUM FOR LOCAL DEVELOPMENT (CCDL)
The Catalan Consortium for Local Development groups together the vast majority of municipalities in Catalonia. Throughout the year 2022, framework tenders were called in order to select drafting teams for different types of projects.
The Fortià Arquitectes team has been selected as a drafting firm with good scores and has therefore become part of the potential drafting teams in two areas:
General Urban Planning, Derivative Planning and Special Planning.
Our team has been included in these categories in the four demarcations of Catalonia: Girona, Barcelona, Tarragona and Lléida.
From here we have already started to receive some proposals for collaboration with Councils.
At the same time, we have also been selected as a drafting office in the category of Architectural Heritage Intervention Projects.
