FORTIÀ ARQUITECTES AT THE REBUILD 2024 IN MADRID
This event, which took place from March 19 to 21 at IFEMA (Madrid Fair), addressed issues of energy rehabilitation and sustainability in the building.
Fortià Arquitectes, invited by the Kerakoll company, has participated in the different debates and presentations such as the "National Rehabilitation Plan: Optimizing its implementation" - "Advanced urban planning. Building a resilient city" - "The AECO sector in 2024. The state of the issue" - "Instruments to scale rehabilitation in Spain" - "Tactical urbanism. How to build what Innovative and technological Districts need?" - "Green public procurement as a driver of change in the market" or "Three strategies for the 21st century. Minimum spaces, energy spaces, renewable spaces."
In the different presentations and round tables, prominent professionals such as: Fermín Vázquez b720 architects, Albert Cuchí architect, expert in sustainability, Martirià Figueras architect, Josep Antoni Anderillo urban planner, Pedro Fernando Guerrero architect, Martha Thorne responsible for the Pritzker awards, Albert Colomer engineer expert in sustainability and Benedetta Tagliabue architect.
From our office we have been able to share with experts present at the Fair issues related to current projects of our office such as the intervention in the Mas Vilanera in L'Escala or the intervention in the old Can Marfà workshop in Girona.
