The building located in Sant Feliu de Guíxols had been used as a wine mill and wine warehouse, from the 1950s, as a cork stopper factory, a typical artisanal industry in the Baix Empordà.
With the intervention now being proposed, the aim is to turn the two-storey building on the corner into a house intended for the summer residence of its owners. The challenge posed by our professional studio is the transformation of large spaces designed for the manufacture and manufacture of corks into living spaces that meet the comfort conditions suitable for a residential building.
