REHABILITATION OF THE OLD CAN MARFÀ WORKSHOP BUILDING IN GIRONA
Fortià Arquitectes has won the tender from the Girona City Council for the drafting of the construction project and the management of the rehabilitation work in order to adapt it as a promotion space for the Hortes de Santa Eugènia.
The project is financed by the "Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan" within the framework of the Next-Generation grants called by the European Union.
The initial budget for the works is €600,000 and the technical team of Fortià Arquitectes will include Josep Maria Fortià and Raimon Bustos, architects; Javier Toledo, technical architect; Marc and Enric Simón, engineers; Jordi Ferrer, geologist and Lissette Campoverde, environmental engineer.
The proposal will have to consider the transformation of an old workshop building into a building that is environmentally sustainable and with all the energy measures that make it efficient and acceptable by the Girona City Council, which will lead this project from the areas of Urban Planning and Economic Promotion.
