SPECIAL PLAN FOR THE PROTECTION OF HERITAGE AND CATALOG OF PROPERTY IN VILADECANS (BAIX LLOBREGAT)
The Viladecans Council has commissioned the Fortià Arquitectes studio to draft the Special Plan that will catalog and regulate the interventions in the historical, architectural and environmental heritage of the municipality.
The purpose of this Special Plan is the protection, conservation, research, dissemination and promotion of the cultural heritage of Viladecans of all those who deserve special protection and defence, so that they are worthy of their inhabitants i els puguem trametre in the millionest conditions to the future generations.
Within the framework of urban planning, a Special Urban Protection Plan and Catalog of Historical, Architectural and Environmental Heritage is a normative document that allows the city councils to protect the most significant heritage of the municipality.
Through individualized adjustments, it identifies the ensembles and the relevant heritage assets (architectural, archaeological, paleontological, sociocultural, ethnological, natural and environmental or landscape) and establishes the level of protection to which they are subject, determining the type of interventions or possible actions In accordance with the normative content of the Pla, in order to guarantee the preservation of the values and the traditional forms of human occupation of the soil.
