WORK IS PROGRESSING AT THE CAPS FACTORY IN SANT FELIU DE GUÍXOLS

This June, an important phase of the works undertaken in an old cork factory to convert it into a two-family house was completed.
You can already see the final openings on the two facades. The intervention has recovered the historic spaces of the inhabited building and at the same time has gained for residential use spaces of the old factory. The new openings that have been made have generated a large living space with light and views of the Sant Elm area and the Serra de l'Ardenya.
