REFORM OF FACADES AND ROOFS IN THE "JARDÍ DEL MAR" BUILDING COMPLEX IN SANT ANTONI DE CALONGE

The Community of owners of the buildings of the Jardín del Mar complex in Calonge, through its administrator, Finques Riart, has commissioned the Fortià Arquitectes team to work on the facades and roofs of the different buildings.
The objective of this intervention is to respond to a series of humidity pathologies that have appeared in recent years inside the houses that make up the complex. In a future Community Assembly, a preliminary proposal with concrete constructive solutions and a general economic estimate will be presented to the neighbors.
