SPECIFIC MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL METROPOLITAN PLAN (PGM) IN THE PAPIOL CORE
This Occasional Modification has been commissioned to Fortià Arquitectes by the Papiol City Council in order to make the Special Plan for the Protection of Architectural Heritage compatible with current urban planning.
The Special Plan for the Protection of the Historical, Architectural and Environmental Heritage of Papiol was drafted by the Fortià Arquitectes team between 2018 and 2020. This planning must be made compatible with the General Metropolitan Plan (PGM) currently in force. In order to adapt the regulatory forecasts on urban uses and building roofs in the Municipality, our team has been commissioned a specific modification that will study a set of 41 buildings in the city center and see how to adapt the regulatory forecasts for each of them.
