INTERVENTION AT THE WOOL FACTORY IN VIELHA (VALL D'ARAN)

The Conselh Generau d'Aran commissioned us to carry out the consolidation and restoration of a traditional building in the valley, a former artisanal textile factory that began operating in the late 19th century.

The recovery of a traditional late 19th-century building was proposed, with a new sociocultural and leisure-recreational use.

INTERVENTION IN THE SURROUNDINGS OF THE BUNKERS AND THE CASTLE OF TRINITAT IN ROSES

The project proposes the recovery of the dry stone walls, the agricultural and landscape restoration of the vineyard and the olive tree and the museumization of the Civil War bunkers. It is a winner of the international [d]arc awards 2023.

THE SPECIAL HERITAGE PLAN AND CATALOG OF SCALE GOODS

In January 2021, the Council of l'Escala received the drafting work for the Special Heritage Plan and catalog of assets for the Municipality of L'Escala (Alt Empordà).

Art-LAB IN THE CHAPEL OF SANTA LLÚCIA, IN THE OLD TOWN OF GIRONA

The project, drafted by the firm Fortià Arquitectes (Josep Maria Fortià-Xavier Raya) was awarded to the company Obres i Serveis Girona.

INTERVENTION IN THE OLD TOWN OF FIGUERES

At the end of May 2020, the two statges of the rehabilitation works on a historic building in Plaça de les Patates in Figueres were completed. In these two stages the facades have been rehabilitated and the entire building has been consolidated.
